Brenden Hoffman

Associate

Brenden Hoffman represents clients in personal injury, litigation and dispute resolution, real estate, closely held businesses and employment law. He enjoys being a lawyer finding the most logical way to apply the law to the problem at hand in order to get a successful resolution for the client. “I have a real passion for solving problems,” says Brenden. “I devote myself fully to my cases; so much so that I see my clients’ problems as my own problems.”

Originally from Salt Lake City, after graduating from the College of Idaho Brenden started a career as a research scientist. “I realized that I liked interacting with people too much to spend my whole life in a lab, so I took the LSAT and enrolled at the University of Minnesota Law School. My wife and I quickly discovered that we really enjoy living in Minneapolis.”

During law school, Brenden provided pro bono legal services through the University of Minnesota Asylum Law Project in Washington D.C, worked as a research assistant, and assisted with drafting a petition for writ of certiorari to the United States Supreme Court.
