Elliot Olsen has joined Siegel Brill, PA as a shareholder

Elliot is a Fellow in the American Board of Trial Advocates, selected by his peers as a leading trial attorney. He is also a Certified Civil Trial Specialist, certified by the Minnesota State Bar Association, and one of very few lawyers in the country who has had jury trials in catastrophic injury cases in the context of both foodborne illness and medical malpractice. A veteran of more than 50 jury trials, Elliot particularly enjoys the process of picking a jury and is comfortable with the unscripted conversations needed to find the best jurors for his case. He also very much enjoys the opportunity to present his clients’ cases with compelling stories and zealous advocacy.

Elliot specializes in these practice areas: foodborne illness, Legionnaires’ disease, petting zoo infection/illness, medical malpractice, wrongful death (medical malpractice), motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death (motor vehicle accident), and product liability.

Deeply committed to his clients, Elliot recognizes the great privilege he has been given when he is entrusted with their future. His success is based on his ability to connect with his clients to make them feel that their story is being heard, and he is determined that his clients never feel as though they were left behind. He has secured large recoveries for clients in foodborne illness, Legionnaires’ disease, medical malpractice, product liability and motor vehicle accidents.

"We are very excited to have Elliot Olsen join Siegel Brill in our Personal Injury practice," says shareholder John Dornik. "Elliot brings a very unique background to our practice that allows him to offer his expertise in cases regarding foodborne illness, Legionnaires’ disease and petting zoo infection/illness. He will also be taking cases in other Personal Injury practice areas.”
